Currently, 1,100 employees provide care for nearly 1,300 older adults on eight Magnolia Manor campuses in South Georgia. Thrive at Frederica When we designed Thrive at Frederica, we took a hard look at traditional senior living communities and went the opposite way. Because frankly, traditional senior living stinks. A person who works a lifetime and diligently raised a family, should have more to look forward to than living in a dark community that smells faintly of dentures and doilies. Assisted Living is ideal for residents who value their independence, but may need assistance with daily activities. Our community team community members are raving fans of encouraging independence with assistance readily accessible at all times of day. Memory Care is for our Elders who are living with some form of memory loss. Every member of the Thrive at Frederica team is NIDE (National Institute for Dementia Education) certified. That includes everyone from the chefs and housekeepers to the concierge and nurses. The education allows us to interact with our memory care residents as special individuals rather than objects in need of care.
